Provider Ratings
On ATTACHLY, ratings affect your eligibility to provide services. Providers need a Customer Rating of 4.2+ and a Completion Rate of 90%, while Acceptance Rate has no minimum. Ratings are on a rolling basis, so newer scores can improve your average. Declining or not completing bookings impacts your Completion Rate, while some low ratings may be removed for external factors. To improve, offer consistent service and accept only bookings you can complete.
