How do I receive booking/service requests?

Once you're logged into your Provider app, our system will automatically send you booking/service requests based on your location.

How do I accept a booking/service request?

When a booking request comes in, you’ll get a notification on your phone and the details of the booking will show up in your app. You will be able to review the request and will have a time window to accept it.

What is the cancellation policy?

To convey our deep appreciation for customers and their valuable time, we have diligently crafted a cancellation policy. Express and Advance booking: Ability to make just 2 cancelations in 30 days and inability to apply for a requests after 2 cancelations for 2 weeks.

How do I set my availability or schedule?

To set your availability, go to the attachly pro app and make sure the "Busy" section is turned off in your provider portal. This will ensure clients can only book appointments during your available times.
To mark yourself as busy or unavailable, please turn on the "Busy" mode.
