Can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to you and to convey our deep appreciation for providers and their valuable time, we have diligently crafted a cancellation policy. We kindly request that you familiarize yourself with this policy prior to making any bookings, ensuring that we maintain a harmonious and efficient service experience for all parties involved.

Express booking:

  • Cancellations are free until a suitable provider is assigned to your service request.
  • Cancellations can only be made within the first 30 minutes after booking express service.
  • Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booking price.
  • Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the appointment, or once the provider is en route, will incur a 100% charge of the booking price.

Advance booking:

  • Cancellations are free of charge until a provider is confirmed for your request.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge.
  • Cancellations made within 12 to 24 hours of the appointment will incur a 25% charge of the booking price.
  • Cancellations made within 6 to 12 hours of the appointment will incur a 50% charge of the booking price.
  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the appointment will be subject to a 100% charge of the booking price.
